General Provisions

33kbd ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and cricket betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply equally to all services, games, bonuses, payments and member activities offered on the platform.

This agreement is governed by Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you agree to comply with all the terms below. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and participate on the 33kbd platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account cancellation and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all of them will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide true, complete and up-to-date information. We may request a National ID (NID), passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

• Name: Full name exactly as shown on your National ID.
• Date of Birth: Accurate date confirming you are 21 or older.
• Mobile Number: An active Bangladeshi number.
• Payment Method: Your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account must be registered in your own name.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your account details with any third party or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately through our live chat support. 33kbd will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a failure to report in a timely manner.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 33kbd is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be temporarily suspended if account verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. To unlock this bonus, a 25x wagering requirement on the total bonus amount must be completed.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus. Before withdrawing, you must complete bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• You cannot activate another bonus while the wagering on a current bonus offer is still incomplete.
• Multiple accounts in the same household or from the same IP address may not claim bonus benefits.
• Wagering with bonus funds applies to specific games — details will be provided on the promotions page.
• 33kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 33kbd VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is considered final, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 33kbd reserves the right to cancel any bet placed in error due to a technical fault, following verification.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and all international cricket events organised by ICC. If a match is partially completed or suspended, settlement will be handled in accordance with 33kbd's prevailing policy.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Fair play is ensured in live casino and slot games. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No game result is predetermined and there is no possibility of external interference.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game and event will be displayed within the game interface. Bets that exceed these limits will be automatically rejected.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Operating games through bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other members to defraud the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or using offensive language toward the support team.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to complete verification using false identity or documents.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33kbd website — logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, text, software and code — is the exclusive property of 33kbd. Copying, distributing, modifying or commercially using these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual property related to game content belongs to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and other respective providers. This content is governed by the licence agreements of the respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

33kbd endeavours to ensure uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, 33kbd will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• A bet not being completed due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives or cyber attacks.
• Server downtime or technical issues on the part of a game provider.

In no circumstance will 33kbd's liability exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by 33kbd

33kbd may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud or legal reasons. Valid account balances (excluding bonuses and funds under suspicion) will be returned after the investigation is complete.

10.2 Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time via our live chat or email. Any pending bets must be settled and the balance withdrawn before closure.
